Ow!! Or is that Owe!!! I just assumed you were a resident. Getting all the different wildlife entities aligned to agree on a single price for a lifetime license would be really cool, but about as possible as bringing all the political parties under one roof. Individual states tend to covet their best resources, and charge appropriately. Fishing Capital of the south? Not so - now that the oils been spilled.
You think we'll get a break?

Fish, fish, fish, sleep. Repeat.
