The site administrator reserves the right to change
the terms and conditions of the user agreement without
prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of
the user to regularly review the terms of this
agreement.

The user agrees to the following terms

1. All information that you provide to us for your membership is correct.

2. You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not use Florida Surf Fishing.com to post any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, inappropriate, intentionally disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, vulgar, uses the Lord's name in vain, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you, Frosty, and/or Florida Surf Fishing.com own the copyright. Although Florida Surf Fishing.com does not and cannot review all of the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to edit or delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever.

4. No mass posting or flooding of the boards is allowed.

5. The site administrator reserves the right to revoke board privelages when the board rules are not adhered to.
